Website privacy policy

Your privacy.

How information moves through this website and its booking links.

Effective 11 October 2026. This notice describes this website’s current implementation.

Information you enter

The booking form asks for your name, phone number, service preference, preferred date and time, and an optional message. These details stay in the page until you choose to continue to WhatsApp. This website does not save form entries in a database or browser storage.

Continuing to WhatsApp

The form creates a WhatsApp link containing your message. Opening that link shares the message content with WhatsApp so you can review and send it. WhatsApp and your browser may process or retain the link under their own policies. Avoid including sensitive health information in the form.

Other external services

The embedded Google Map loads from Google as you approach it on the page. This sends technical information, including your IP address and browser information, to Google, which may use cookies under its own policies. Google Maps and WhatsApp are external services. Following their links is subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Fonts and optimized images are served from this website. This website itself does not install advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Hosting and technical information

The hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP addresses, requested pages and timestamps. Retention depends on the provider selected at deployment. The business should update this notice if analytics, a new booking system or other data processing is added.

Messages sent to the spa

Information you send directly to the spa is used to discuss and arrange your visit. For questions about messages already sent, retention or deletion, contact the business directly. This website does not specify an unverified business retention period.
